The Business Process Modelling using BPMN and Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect training course is designed for Business Analysts. 

Participants should have a good working knowledge of Enterprise Architect and wish to upgrade their knowledge in how to use the Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) to model business processes and how to capture these models efficiently within the tool.

Prerequisites: Participants should have some prior knowledge of the tool. We would recommend the EA Practicalities course be completed before jumping into this kind of course so that there is some level of familiarity with the tool.

Re-using BPMN 2.0 Elements in EA

  • This session looks at the process of creating model libraries to allow the re-use of elements across your BPMN 2.0 diagrams
