Are the trainers qualified?
All our trainers are certified which ensures that their teaching skills are outstanding. Our trainers are full time consultants which makes them practitioners in the subjects they teach.
Are the trainers permanent members of staff?
All our trainers are permanent members of staff. This ensures that we manage the levels of quality teaching.
Can we provide reference?
We can provide references as well as trainer profiles.
How long has Dunstan Thomas been providing training services?
We were established in 1986 and have been providing training services ever since. We have a long heritage in educating technology professionals.
Can the training be performed at your location or any other location?
Although we have a suite of well equipped training rooms at our head quarters, it is more cost effective to take the training to our client’s site. We regularly provide on-site training.
What is the maximum number of delegates on a training course?
Whilst there is no physical limit we like to keep the numbers of delegates on one course to 8. Obviously the smaller the class, the more attention the trainer can spend with each delegate.
What style of training is provided?
Every course we offer is run in a hands-on fashion; each delegate has a PC. Some courses have a workshop sections where constructive exercises are employed.
How do we ensure the quality of the training?
Each delegate is asked to complete our post-course questionnaire. This information is taken very seriously to improve our services and to ensure that every aspect of our service, from the course notes to the refreshments are monitored.
How to book a course?
Step 1 – Contact us:
We recommend that you contact us for a number of reasons:-
- We can ensure you are selecting the most suitable course.
- We can advise on the most cost effective way of running the course. Often it is cheaper to run the course at your offices.
- We can let you know about any last minute deals/offers.
- Discounts are available on bookings with more than 3 delegates.

Step 2 – Sign a Booking Confirmation Form:
We will issue you a booking confirmation form containing all your booking details. Signing and returning this form indicates a formal confirmation.
Step 3 – Pre Course Administration
We can arrange accommodation, send maps and train times.
We even send out a pre-course questionnaire that gives our trainer some background information as to what each delegate hopes to gain from the course.
What are the Terms & Conditions?
A written course booking constitutes a firm contract with Dunstan Thomas.
Training Course cancellations will only be accepted if written notification is received by this office no later than 10 days before the course date. If a training course is cancelled by a customer less than 10 days before the course then a “no show fee” will be levied at 50% of the course price. If a training course is cancelled by a customer 24 hours before the course, or the delegate does not attend, then a “no show fee” will be levied at 100% of the course price. All training fees must be paid at least 3 days prior to the start of the course. All courses are held subject to demand and may be cancelled, postponed or changed as necessary. Dunstan Thomas reserves the right to amend the content of a training course at any time. The Customer may substitute delegates at any time upon notification in writing to the Company subject to any new delegate complying with the relevant course prerequisites as supplied by the Company.
